Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after purchase, provided processing or shipment has not yet begun. Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch, cancellations may no longer be possible.

- Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees.
Deposit & Reservation Policy
A 30% deposit is required to reserve any bike.
- Deposits secure your selected model and confirm your order.
- Deposits may be refundable only within the agreed timeframe and before order processing begins.
- Once your bike has been prepared or shipped, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
